Just left service department and I’m feeling totally ripped off. Originally quoted over $1200 for a 30000 mile service. Additionally, I had a low beam that was not working. This was not included in the quote. I told them I could not afford $1200 so they did less services and I was quoted $480 to which I agreed. When I went to pick up car the bill was over $800. I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a part and they sent me the wrong part then tried to blame me for ordering the wrong part. They then said the parts manager was out for extended leave and they could not do an exchange or return. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I will never do business here again and neither should you.

Called today (13 Sept 2023) to schedule maintenance for my 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser, and was told that they do not work on vehicles earlier than 2008 models. I was shocked. My wife has a 2004 Honda, and the Honda Dealership in Florence works on her car. The mechanics must be morons who don't know how to work on older cars. This was absolutely the worst experience to date (7/13/2023), and I didn't think it could get much worse. 2022 Ram 3500 in for fuel filter change, dip stick recall and tire rotation. Dropped the truck off for an 0800 (appointment) on Tuesday and didn't get my truck back until 1730 on Wednesday night, but that's not the real issue as I know there are technician shortages. I had a very disappointing experience. After communicating with Jennifer Armstrong at great lengths (email, text, & on the phone), I was absolutely shocked when I arrived at the dealership. Wasted a whole day going to this dealership. Went there and test drove a Rocky Ridge package truck loved it. Before walking in the salesman said the price of 82,000 on autotrader and their website it said 62,000 the salesman stated they couldn’t list anything over msrp which is false. Other dodge dealerships have the package added to the price this is just a way of getting you to the dealership who could buy a truck for 20000 more now today the price says as low as 58,000. I suggest calling ahead and pay close attention to the msrp and the actual price!

Bought my challenger there new in feb of 2020. They were nice enough but no great deal on price. Took it back for first service 7/12/21. 9300 miles. This place is terrible to work with. I negotiated and agreed on a price online before coming in to purchase the car. Paid nearly $140 to get a headlight replaced because the last time I did it myself and it was a 4 hour xxxxx of a job. So THIS time I decided to take it to the 'pros'. $140 later, your 'pros' had put SIX scratches in the paint around my headlight. Did I mention that my 2014 Ram had NO scratches on it when I brought it in? I will not EVER buy a CDJR again because of the service department in Florence Alabama.

Each time I was worked right in any the issue was resolved. Since no parts were necessary I was not charged. I appreciate that the service department is always polite and oh so helpful. Never a problem with this service center or their employees. Only issue was with the way Fiat Chrysler doesn't allow the service center to program key fobs without receiving a code from them by email which took until the next day in my case. This needs to be changed immediately!

Stopped in for a routine maintenance oil change and check on the cause of a check engine light. Prompt, expedient service, told me all about the check engine light and what it would cost to replace the thermostat. This was way more information than had ever been provided by my normal Jeep Dealership. Excellent customer service. I most likely will be back for any further service work.

We were not sure we were even going buy a car when we went to look. Jay was super friendly and made every effort to find us what we were looking for and in the price range we were looking for as well. We made ourselves at home in the dealership, even ate pizza and watched part of the Alabama vs. LSU game while we waited. I would definitely recommend Greenway CDJR of Florence to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle in the future.

They check everything and let you if there is anything that needs replacing or repaired and tell you how much it cost so you know while they still have your car and send you a text
